had the wiring people came over this morning to get some hacking job done. i added a few plug-in socket just below the window, where i want my study desk to be. as for the wall color, i honestly can’t decide which color to choose. i want something that goes well with lavender curtain. i’m thinking of painting the wall with some sort of cream-ish or off-white tone but then i really want to make my room cozier so maybe a taupe feature wall will do…? meh-i don’t know. all this while, people kept telling me that i have a good sense of color but now i really doubt it.

sitting at home doing nothing makes me anxious. i need to do something productive. therefore, i’m planning on revamping my own bedroom. here are some of the things that i find inspiring:

perforated screen with geometrical pattern in Mughal architecture; pleated and crochet fabrics; neutral warm colors such as beige, grey and mauve; simple lines, classic style and delicate metal work found in antique accessories/furniture.                

i’m going to Dulux store tomorrow to get some sample pots.
