i got lost in some beautiful ranch in Gombak after a lengthy car journey. the journey meant i got to see the beautiful scenery, something i would never have even thought about otherwise.

morning picnic.
just had a morning picnic with Donut. i bought 3 nasi lemak, 1 peanut butter and chocolate waffle and some drinks. then we headed to the park to enjoy our meal since the weather was fine. there was a group of boys playing football, so i asked her what she’s taking for her extra-curricular activity next year and she was like “haven’t decided, yet. not a sport for sure”....

reunion.
dad just got home yesterday. we picked him up from the airport around 6/7pm and had some dinner. got home at about 11pm and spent the rest of the night unloading stuff and talking. we even talked about my childhood days in Japan and how i was an easy child to travel with. he kept on saying that i was really adventurous as a kid and i never throw a tantrum. lol. he bought a lot of omiyage for us....

coming back to Kuala Lumpur is like travelling into time. life is much more faster in KL compared to Newcastle. in Newcastle, the air is a bit fresher, the winds a little cooler and the traffic is calmer.
i’ve been eating out a lot. the nice thing about coming home for holiday is that my mom will take me to wherever i wish to dine. my spending was mostly manoeuvred by my mom - i felt overjoyed.
